33 handcrafted cocktails across six categories: G&T Heritage, Whiskey, Rum, Vodka, Specialty, and Zero Proof. Signature cocktails include Jadu & Tonic, Saffron Old Fashioned, Tamarind Margarita, and Masala Espresso Martini.
Wine Program
Over 200 labels curated specifically for Indian Global cuisine. Expert sommelier pairings for tandoor proteins, aromatic curries, and sushi. Featuring selections from Napa Valley, Burgundy, Barossa Valley, and boutique Indian wineries. Available by the glass, half bottle, and full bottle. Three wine pairing tiers complement our private dining packages.
Bar Jadu — Cocktail Lounge
Jadu means "magic" in Hindi. 33 handcrafted cocktails tracing India's role as the birthplace of the gin & tonic and its historic spice trade routes. Categories include gin & tonic heritage, whiskey, rum, vodka infusions, and Zero Proof non-alcoholic options. Walk-ins welcome at the bar on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tamba was born from a simple idea: Indian cuisine deserves the same reverence as French or Japanese in the world of fine dining. Founded by Sunny and Vic Dhillon, Tamba is led by Executive Chef Anand Singh — a Michelin-recognized chef whose mastery spans six live-fire cooking techniques. Chef Sung Park, Korean-born and French-trained, leads the sushi and raw bar program, bridging Eastern precision with Western structure. The name "Tamba" evokes copper — the essential vessel in Indian kitchens for generations.

The Silk Room accommodates up to 20 guests for intimate private dining. Semi-private areas for 10–40 guests. Full restaurant buyouts for 150+ guests.
